Position Profile: Managed Services Representative
Location: Minneapolis

The Managed Services Representative is responsible for tasks associated with maintaining and supporting Managed Services client’s tax reporting needs. More specifically, this role serves as an extension of our client’s tax reporting environment, thus reducing their overhead costs. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with a strong background in client service and tax reporting. The candidate will possess strong communication skills (verbal, presentation and written) due to the high level of client communications and responsibilities to represent the client’s needs cross-fuctionally within Convey.

Position Profile: Strategic Alliances Manager
Location: Minneapolis

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Alliances, the role of the Strategic Alliances Manager is to oversee the development and execution of the organization’s cross-functional strategy with select alliance partners. The key responsibilities of this position include the following: (1) develop and execute upon a joint annual business plan between the partner and Convey, (2) act as the partner advocate within Convey and spearhead all internal/external initiatives with that partner, (3) proactively manage all key contacts between the partner and Convey’s cross-functional teams (product, marketing, services, support and sales), (4) analyze partnership performance and proactively drive cross-functional improvements when necessary, (5) recruit and on-board new strategic alliances. The Strategic Alliance Manager will manage the partnerships through weekly conference calls, quarterly business reviews, frequent on-site visits, and ongoing opportunity identification. This candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Business Development.
