Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Alliances, the role of the Strategic Alliances Manager is to oversee the development and execution of the organization’s cross-functional strategy with select alliance partners. The key responsibilities of this position include the following: (1) develop and execute upon a joint annual business plan between the partner and Convey, (2) act as the partner advocate within Convey and spearhead all internal/external initiatives with that partner, (3) proactively manage all key contacts between the partner and Convey’s cross-functional teams (product, marketing, services, support and sales), (4) analyze partnership performance and proactively drive cross-functional improvements when necessary, (5) recruit and on-board new strategic alliances.
