Andrea:
I came to work at Convey because I wanted to have a strong mentor relationship.  In the past, I’d been given tasks and told to simply learn and do it on my own.  Here I’ll receive step-by-step guidance through the process before beginning undertakings.  My boss is concerned with whether I am learning, overwhelmed or not challenged enough. 

Yasir:
My department is determined, and that ignites me.  Someone will set the quality bar and I’ll be forced to set the bar higher.  It’s a competitive thing, but a good one.  At Convey, in supporting our customers, I get to talk to all sorts of people.  This has forced me to focus and elevate my communication skills; now I feel like I can effectively communicate with absolutely anyone.

Sebastian:
Convey is an environment in which you are free to create.  There’s opportunity to improve processes and software, and to help people grow into their careers without red tape.  I think it’s exciting that I can constantly create and bring about change.  People like to move things forward.

Also, I like the group of people: the cultural diversity and open mindedness.  You can interact with all sorts of people from other backgrounds and cultures.  It’s enriching.  And level of intelligence; you can have all sorts of creative and intelligent conversation.  And also, it’s a company that allows individual growth.  If there is someone with ambition, they can grow into the company.

John:
Convey is all about recognizing contribution.  It’s a growing company with a lot of ground floor opportunities and as the company continues to grow, the contributors will grow with it.  On top of that, we’re in an exciting area—what’s cool about Convey is that our industry, Software as a Service, is also poised for tremendous growth.  Software is moving to the internet and that’s exactly where we are.

Scott:
The people here are good at what they do and work hard at doing it.  In line with that, we keep it an enjoyable place to work.  We all get to know each other.  We’re more than just coworkers.  We’re friends.  But we can make that distinction; we can sit down in a meeting and do the job professionally, not matter what it takes and walk out of the meeting as friends.  I’ve worked at other places where I go in and do my work and leave.  And while there may be people I talk to, I never really get to know them.  Here at Convey, not only do I work with these people, but I know their families.
