President Obama Makes 1099 Repeal Official

On April 14th, President Barack Obama signed H.R. 4 into law making the expanded 1099 reporting repeal official and ending almost a year of debate.  With the signing of this repeal, the new laws requiring the reporting on corporations as well as goods on form 1099-Misc that were part of the
